(Qualified) Acceptable/Green light (0 points) This level is the best for WCA factory inspections Rating level, zero problem points in the review.
(Qualified) Flawed/yellow light (1~10 points)
Employees report that they will be locked out if they are late (only when permitted by law and not in dormitories. ).
Missed clocking in (the employee confirmed the missed clocking in time).
Payroll or attendance records are not verified with the employee’s signature (if a signature is required by law).
(Qualified) Needs improvement/Orange light (11~99 points)
The child appeared in the factory, but did not work.
Original ID cards/bank cards, etc. are withheld at the factory (even with employee permission).
Reporting verbal or emotional torture/intimidation.
Insufficient overtime payment.
Wages are paid late.
Do not provide employees with statutory benefits (such as accommodation, medical care, maternity leave, social security, etc.).
Unauthorized/illegal charges.
Violate the legal provisions on daily overtime, weekly overtime, and monthly overtime (more than 1% of employees or more than one person).
Attendance records are incomplete or missing start/end times.
(Unqualified) Severe/Red Light (100~)
Confirmed child labor.
Confirmed historical child labor.
Proven forced labor, prison labor, and slavery.

Substantiated physical abuse.
