Processing flow:

1. The applicant goes to the service hall of our bureau to get the relevant forms and then goes to the information center to draw the red line map of construction land;

2. After preparing the materials, submit the application to the service hall of the Bureau of Land and Resources.

Audit requirements:

(A) the intensity of investment

The minimum investment intensity of industrial land is: 6,543,800 yuan+10,000 square meters.

(2) Credit certificate

1. The credit certificate shall not be lower than the above investment intensity standard.

2. If a bank issues more than two (including two) credit certificates, they must be different account numbers.

3. If multiple banks issue credit certificates, it must be the same day.

(3) Provisions on land use for supporting facilities of industrial projects

1. The land for industrial projects must clearly specify four indicators: investment intensity, floor area ratio, building density, and the proportion of land for administrative office and living service facilities. The investment intensity and floor area ratio of different industries can be different, and the building density cannot be lower than 30%.

2. The supporting land area of administrative office and living service facilities required for industrial projects shall not exceed 7% of the total land area. It is strictly forbidden to build a set of non-productive supporting facilities such as aristocratic main building, expert building, shopping mall, hotel, guest house and training center in disguised form within the scope of industrial projects.

3. Encourage the construction of multi-storey standard factory buildings, strictly control the greening rate of factory areas, and prohibit the construction of "garden-style factories".
