First definition of terms
Unless otherwise specified in the terms or content of this contract, the following nouns have the following meanings:

4. 5. Intellectual property rights:

Article 2 Products sold by authorized agents

Article 3 Cooperation Content
Party A’s Responsibilities and Obligations
