Using our online banking, I suggest you use IE browser.
In addition, please do the following:
(1) Open IE browser and select "Tools" menu-> "internet options"->; Advanced tab-> Click "Restore Default Settings" and click "OK" to close all IE browser windows;
(2) Open IE browser and select "Tools" menu->; "internet options"->; "general" tab->; "Check the newer version of the stored webpage" in Internet temporary file settings selects "Check every time you visit this page". Click "Delete files" in the temporary Internet file settings, tick before "Delete all offline content", and click OK to close the dialog box and close all IE windows;
(3) Open IE browser and select "Tools" menu->; "internet options"->; "Security" tab, select "Internet" in the "Please make security settings for Web content in different areas (Z)" window, then select "Custom Level", and set "Download signed Activex control" and "Run Activex control" in Activex controls and plug-ins to "Enable" or "Prompt". Click OK, and then restart the computer.
(4) If software such as 372 1 Internet Assistant has been installed, please uninstall it completely;
(5) Please log in to www.icbc.com.cn, the portal of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, and click "Download" under "Personal Online Banking Login". After entering the next page, download and install the control program.
(6) If it still can't be used normally, I suggest that you reinstall IE browser of version IE6.0 or above, and use the update function of WINDOWS system to install patches.
