Based on current judicial practice cases, it is recommended that it be certified through a third-party certification agency with corresponding qualifications. Because third-party certification agencies have the ability to certify electronic seals and electronic signatures, once a dispute occurs, it will play a positive role in judging the authenticity of documents during the trial process.
However, during certification, applicants should also verify the qualifications of the third-party certification agency. According to information released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, there are currently 48 third-party certification agencies with electronic certification qualifications across the country, and major organizations can complete "identity authentication" through any one of them.
