Since September this year, I have received more than 260 students from the Department of Civil Engineering in 2004. This is undoubtedly a severe test for me. First, do a good job in your theoretical study:

The theoretical level of political counselors' own ideological quality is the theoretical basis of this work. In my daily work, I try to learn more and watch more, so that I have a certain theory of Marxism-Leninism and a higher level of policy. Adhere to the guidance of "Theory of Three Represents" and the purpose of "people-oriented" Scientific Outlook on Development, be familiar with national policies and the central work of the school, and lay a good theoretical foundation for future work. In terms of style, I strive to achieve the three-word policy of "strict, practical and precise". The students of Grade 04 have experienced a year of college life, and their thoughts and behaviors have taken shape. On the basis of comprehensive understanding, through initial evaluation, re-evaluation and final publicity, we will ensure the principle of "fairness, openness and justice" and strive to effectively implement every policy of the state and schools in the hands of every poor student. While giving material help, we also pay attention to ideological help. Five, the class cadre re-election work:

A united and cooperative class must have an effective cadre team. After coming back from the National Day, I organized six classes of Grade 04 where I was in to hold democratic elections for cadres. The students who signed up for the election are very enthusiastic, all of them are excellent and the competition is fierce.
