This article only talks about simple single greeting cards. It's best to make a photo with ps first, and then edit it with word. Or just use ps. What I'm talking about here is making simple gratitude cards with word.
Methods/steps
First, open word to create a new document. Then set the layout, click the page layout, and enter the page setup. First, set the size. On the paper size, you can probably choose 14cm times 20cm. Specifically, Baidu can check the standard greeting card size. It can be slightly larger than that size, because there is a certain range of blank space on the edge of the word after printing. Can be cut off
Then, for editing convenience, set the document layout direction, click the document direction, and change it to landscape.
If you want to make a simple cover, you can Baidu the theme of your greeting card, such as thanking the teacher. Save the picture locally.
Then click Insert Picture on the document home page to insert a picture. Then click on the text page. Choose to put it under the text, so that the pictures can be spread all over the page. Because it is ready-made, the cover is also ready.
If it's a greeting card for the teacher, I suggest that all the class sign the teacher's name, so just use artistic words on the back, without deep color. Then click Page Setup to set the background color of the page (white can also be used). Then you can print it.
If you have double-sided printing, you can print directly. If there is no double-sided printing (and there is no paper of suitable size, it is best to keep the white background color), print one page and then print on the other side. Print it out and sign it for the teacher. I believe what I have done, and I am quite sincere.
In fact, word can also try to make its own cover. You have to prepare the materials. If you use a white background, the background color of the picture you are looking for should be consistent with the background color of the document (if it is inconsistent, you can use PS to modify it, so I won't say much here)
Similarly, insert an image in a document, then change the text wrapping format to the text wrapping format, and adjust the position and size. Because it is a Thanksgiving theme, you can use more red hearts. Then insert what you want to say into the document with wordart (set under the text like wordart)
The overall effect will be simpler. Personally, I prefer this style. If you want to make it more beautiful, you need to work hard.
In fact, if you use ps design, it will be very beautiful and convenient. But it takes a lot of effort, so if you are lazy, you won't demonstrate. If you are interested, you can do more by yourself, and you will find it relatively simple.
