The selection requirements are as follows:

The first is to objectively, fairly and scientifically evaluate the abilities and levels of kindergarten teachers, build a high-quality professional team of kindergarten teachers, and run the kindergarten well. In order to provide education that is satisfactory to the Party and the people, these qualifications are specially formulated in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the national and provincial professional title reform and combined with the characteristics of kindergartens.

Article 2: These qualifications apply to kindergarten teachers across the province.

Article 3 The professional and technical qualifications of kindergarten teachers are divided into: senior teachers, senior teachers, first-level teachers, second-level teachers and third-level teachers.
