Double-click to open the software, and then select File on the menu bar-then select New, as shown:
In the new dialog box that pops up, create a new document with pixels of 600*400, as shown:
Then select the toolbar on the left side of the window and select the ellipse selection tool, as shown:
Then drag and draw an oval shape on the newly created document, as shown:
Then click the color option of the tool to open the color picker window. Watermelon is green, so we should choose a green color as the color of watermelon, as shown in the figure:
Then create a new layer and fill it with color by pressing Alt+ Backspace on the keyboard, as shown below:
After filling in the color, press Ctrl+D on the keyboard to cancel the selection, and then click New, New and Add a layer on the bottom panel of the window. After creating a new rectangle, select the rectangle selection tool on the left toolbar, as shown:
Then draw a suitable rectangle in the appropriate position of watermelon and fill it with color. This time we are going to make melon patterns, so the color should be different from watermelon. After filling the color, copy it to the appropriate location, as shown in the figure:
Then we hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and merge the layers we just copied, as shown in the following figure:
After the selection is completed, press Ctrl+E on the keyboard to merge the layers, and then click the merged layer with the mouse to bring up the selection area, as shown in the figure below:
Then select Filter on the menu bar, then select Distortion in the drop-down list, and then select Ripple, as shown:
In the corrugated window that opens, adjust the parameters to be set, and you can decide for yourself, as shown:
After the setting is completed, click OK to return to the document, press Ctrl+D to cancel the selection, then click the ellipse layer to bring up the selection, and then select and reverse the menu bar, as shown:
Then select the melon grain layer and press the DEl key of the keyboard to delete the extra melon grain outside the watermelon, as shown in figure:
Then select two layers of oval watermelon and melon seeds, and press Ctrl+E on the keyboard to merge the layers. After merging the layers, we hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and click the layer with the mouse to bring up the selection, and then select the filter on the menu bar to distort and spheroidize, as shown in the figure below:
Set the parameters of spheroidization according to the size and aesthetic degree of watermelon you like, as shown in the figure below:
