2. Work system for scale operators

6. If any abnormal situation is discovered during the coal distribution process, coal distribution should be stopped immediately and reported to the leader in a timely manner. Coal distribution can only be carried out after handling.
7. The user signature column of the weighing form must be signed by the user himself, and no one is allowed to sign on his behalf.
8. Properly keep all kinds of information, including bills of lading, weighing orders, passing passes, reports, ledgers, etc.
9. Submit reports in a timely manner. The reports must be carefully checked and filled in accurately.

3. Shift handover system
1. Shift handover must be carried out on site.
2. The successor must explain clearly and clearly what happened on the shift to the successor in person and keep records.
3. The successor must conduct inspections one by one according to the contents of the weighing room operating procedures.
4. When the specified successor is absent, the successor must obtain the consent of the leader and send other personnel to take over the work before leaving the job.
5. If the successor finds that the successor is drunk or mentally disturbed, he should refuse the shift and report to the leader for instructions.
6. If the successor believes that the successor has not made clear explanations as required, he has the right to refuse to take over and report to the leader for instructions.
IV. Attendance system
1. Staff in each shift must come to work on time and must have full attendance every month (28 days is considered full attendance).

If you are absent from work for more than three days in a row, you will be automatically dismissed. If you are fully present every month, you will be rewarded 50 yuan.
7. If the team is absent from work collectively without any reason, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed. If a group needs leave, they must ask the section chief for instructions 2 days in advance.
8. Except for national statutory holidays, there will be no holidays without approval for other holidays.

10. Shift changing time: 1st, November and 22nd of every month.
5. Sanitation system

3. A general cleaning should be carried out every five days. The dust under the scale should be cleaned in time to ensure the accuracy and normal operation of the scale.
