1. If the house is damaged or lost due to force majeure, both parties will not bear each other's liability.

2. Force majeure refers to “objective circumstances that are unforeseen, unavoidable and insurmountable”.

3. If the contract is terminated due to the above two reasons, the rent will be calculated based on the actual usage time, and if it is less than a full month, it will be calculated based on the number of days. Any excess will be refunded or compensated.

Article 14 Supplementary Agreement

Matters not covered in this contract shall be separately negotiated by Party A and Party B and a supplementary agreement shall be signed. If the supplementary agreement is inconsistent with this contract, the supplemental agreement shall prevail.

Article 15 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises during the performance of this contract, it shall be resolved by Party A and Party B through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both Party A and Party B may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction.
