Through the cooperation and division of labor between my colleague Qi Xin and me, we now have more than 2000 copies of audio-visual archives/KLOC-0, more than 6000 electronic photo files, and the data in the photo library exceeds 80G.

I have a good command of writing, and won many awards, among which three won the second prize of excellent papers on urban construction archives in China or the whole province, 1 was selected for the annual meeting of provincial archives, 1 was hired by the national multimedia academic conference, and two papers were published in the national computer core journals.

My work practice has accumulated some photographic skills: over the years, I have photographed municipal key projects, planning meetings, medium-sized renovation projects every three years and so on. As a master of computer software and theory, I have the scientific research ability of multimedia technology development and the professional knowledge of post-production.
Besides being good at studying, managing, writing and being an expert, I also have the advantages of quick response and easy acceptance of new things. This is also the quality that a multimedia studio director should have.
I also have two disadvantages in competing for employment. The first is my gender. Because photography requires high physical quality, people may think that this position should be held by a strong man. However, I think, in addition to good physical condition, you should also have extraordinary courage. I have both. I am young, and there is no femininity in my dictionary. Going out to shoot, no matter how tired and bitter I am, I will not shrink back just because I am a woman. On two occasions, I went out to inspect with Mayor Lin. A plan, accumulation, is a plan that many a mickle makes a mickle. The main content is to collect audio-visual archives through multiple channels. First of all, we must rely on ourselves and take the initiative to attack. Continue to follow up and shoot a number of key projects; Actively cooperate with the Planning Bureau and the Construction Committee to complete the filming of important conference activities; Complete and systematic collection of audio-visual materials of Panyu Nansha Development Zone, Biological Island, Urban Village Reconstruction and other planning projects. The second is to open up new ways for audio-visual archives to collect information, and gradually strengthen the guiding role of multimedia studios in audio-visual archives business. Change the way of "single-handedly breaking into the world", formulate the acceptance standard of audio-visual archives, and rely on grassroots network units to recruit audio-visual archives. I believe that Plan A can enrich the content of audio-visual archives in our library in time and effectively.
Plan B business is a business operation plan. Audio-visual archives, our library, has faithfully recorded the changes of Guangzhou's urban appearance in the past ten years, and is a valuable property owned by all of you here. Scheme B is to develop multimedia products with sound, video and text by using existing materials and multimedia technology, and to carry out paid services in a commercial operation mode. B plans to use the real estate in audio-visual archives to build the current assets of multimedia products with market value and bring endless wealth to our library.
C plan cooperation is an inter-departmental cooperation plan. Horizontal communication and vertical cooperation are the purposes of plan C. First, we should work closely with all departments of the library. Recently, the domestic cooperation plan has three contents:
First, cooperate with the editing and research department to edit a feature film to publicize the 20th anniversary of the establishment of archives. In addition, provide audio-visual materials needed by the editing and research department to edit albums and prepare websites;
The second is to cooperate with the supervision office to strengthen the business guidance function of audio-visual archives and levy audio-visual archives fee on network units;
Thirdly, cooperate with the technical development department to participate in the development of digital multimedia information management system of digital archives, and provide audio-visual archives urban construction multimedia query system to relevant users of our library and the Municipal Planning Bureau. Another aspect of the cooperation plan is to strengthen foreign cooperation.

Plan D Digitization is a digital plan. Simply put, Plan D has two aspects:
First, the construction of multimedia information database. The multimedia database construction scheme will use the current advanced digital image acquisition and compression technology, digital multimedia security technology, mass storage technology of CD-ROM, network technology and database technology to convert the existing audio-visual materials of urban construction in our library into electronic files, establish an audio-visual database of urban construction, serve the decision-making departments and the public, and finally realize resource sharing.
Second, multimedia information security work. Using information hiding and information encryption technology, digital watermark or electronic signature is embedded in digital image as copyright guarantee of multimedia information in network transmission. Because I have a certain research foundation, I believe that the multimedia information security work of our library can go faster and better in the same industry.
