1. Open the website of * * Market Supervision Bureau, click on "Registration of Commercial Entities", and then click on "Handling Entrance".

2. Log in your account on the government service website (if you don't have an account, you need to register), click "I want to apply", then select "Change registration (filing) of business entity and supplement business license", and click "Handle" at the back. (Note: Registration of new companies and cancellation of companies are also handled here, just select the corresponding items).

3. Enter the company name and social unified credit code to be changed, click "Next" to enter the change interface, and open the Back button to change any item (the company name cannot be changed here). If you need to change the legal person or shareholder information, check "Yes" in the "Signature of all shareholders".

4. After completing the items that need to be changed, you should fill in the amendments to the articles of association, and if there are any changes to the articles of association, you should fill in them.

5. After all the above contents are filled in, you can submit the information, choose the whole paperless process (you need the real-name authentication of the legal person and the agent, just jump out of the QR code and scan the code), download the unsigned application form and provide it as required.
