1 1. 1 If Party B fails to pay the rent, water, electricity and other energy expenses as agreed in this contract, it shall pay Party A a daily penalty of 0% of the overdue amount. If the overdue period exceeds 5 days, Party A may stop the water and electricity supply and control the goods in our store. If the overdue amount exceeds 15 days, Party A has the right to terminate this contract and confiscate Party B's rent.

1 1.2 If Party A breaches the contract, or Party B breaches the contract, Party A will double the rental deposit to Party B, and Party A will compensate Party B for the renovation loss at a discount according to the service time.

1 1.3 If Party B terminates this contract in breach of contract, or Party A terminates this contract in breach of contract, Party B's lease deposit will not be refunded by Party A, and Party B's decoration will be owned by Party A free of charge.
