1. The appraisal certificate shall specify the name of the applicant and other basic information; Matters applied for evaluation and relevant evaluation materials provided; The process of identification; The results of the assessment; Signature of appraiser and date of appraisal; And the name of the evaluation agency. 2. The parties may apply to the people's court for appraisal on the specialized issue of finding out the facts. If the parties apply for appraisal, the qualified appraisers shall be determined by both parties through consultation; If negotiation fails, it shall be designated by the people's court.
