How to make an electronic signature in Word, please advise.
You can use third-party software or word's own.

The steps are as follows:

1. Select the Insert tab, and then click the Microsoft Office Signature Line command in the Signature Line drop-down list.

2. Open the Signature Settings dialog box, enter the signer's name in the suggested signer text box, enter the signer's position in the suggested signer text box, check the check box "Show signature date on signature line", and then click OK.

3. Double-click the signature line inserted in the document to open the Signature dialog box and do the following:

I) To add a printed version of your signature, please enter your name in the text box to the right of the "X".

II) To select an image with handwritten signature, click the Select Image button. In the Select Signature Image dialog box, locate the signature image file, select the desired file, and then click the Select button.

4. After completing the above operations, click the "Signature" button to pop up the "Signature Confirmation" dialog box. Just click the OK button.
