First, the term of the contract
1. Operation period of the contract: the contract is signed every 1 year.
2. After the contract expires, both parties have no written objection within one month, and both parties must renew the contract.
Second, the scope of contracting:
1. Party B contracts the daily working meals in the canteen of Party A's employees.
2. Party B can provide meals to Party A's subordinate units upon consensus of both parties. ..
Three. Scope of contract:
1. The standard for staff meals is 8 yuan/lunch and dinner, including meat, fried meat, vegetarian dishes, rice and soup. When objective conditions such as prices change, both parties should negotiate to adjust the staff meal fee standard.

Four. Payment method:

4. In any of the following circumstances, Party B will be disqualified from serving meals:
1 Disobeying the personnel management of Party A's functional departments, resulting in serious environmental hygiene problems around the canteen and serious consequences;
2. Poor service attitude and great opinions from employees. After being corrected by Party A's written notice, there is no obvious improvement;
The quality of the food is poor, and the employees have great opinions. There is no obvious improvement after rectification by Party A's written notice;
4. There is something wrong with the business license and hygiene license found in the spot check;
5. Party B suffers from food poisoning or unclean food, tableware and countertops, resulting in adverse digestive tract symptoms in groups with more than 10.
Rights and obligations of intransitive verb Party B:
1. Party B is the first person responsible for kitchen hygiene, fire prevention, public security and food safety, and must manage the employees, devices, facilities, operation desks and workplace environment in strict accordance with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law, Hygiene Code for Catering Industry and Collective Dining Distribution Units and other laws and regulations. Party B shall be responsible for all losses caused by accidents caused by its poor management.
2. Party B and its employees must obey the supervision and management of Party A's functional management department and abide by Party A's rules and regulations.
3. Without Party A's consent, Party A's kitchen shall not be used to provide services for other units or individuals, or serve outside the company, or subcontract or change the nature of services without authorization.
4. Party B shall not change the house structure and equipment layout without authorization. If Party B really needs to carry out business, it shall obtain the consent of Party A and be responsible for maintaining, maintaining and cleaning kitchen facilities, equipment and utensils, including tableware, utensils and knives. After the expiration of the contract, Party A will organize personnel to check and accept the house equipment, and if it is damaged, it must be repaired or compensated.
5. In any of the following circumstances, Party B has the right to stop serving meals:
1 Party A fails to pay the fee as stipulated in the contract, and after being notified by Party B in writing, Party A still fails to pay the fee on schedule, which seriously affects the food supply.
Seven, tableware management:
1. During the contract period, the tableware shall be provided by Party A. Party B shall be responsible for its use and management.
2. Any loss caused by Party B's responsibility shall be fully compensated by Party B. All losses caused by the loss of tableware shall be borne by Party B. The wear and tear caused by normal use shall be replaced by both parties, and the expenses shall be borne by both parties 50%.
Eight. Related penalties:
1. If the delivery service is delayed for more than 5 minutes due to Party B's management mistakes, it will be fined 30- 150 yuan/time.
2. If unclean foreign bodies are found in fast food, a fine of 10-50 yuan will be imposed as appropriate.
3. The employee complained and was found to be the fault of the fast food company, and was fined 10-50 yuan/time.
4. If an employee suffers from food poisoning or has gastrointestinal symptoms exceeding 10 due to unclean food, the fast food company shall bear all medical expenses and related economic losses.
Nine. Others:
1. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be brought to the People's Court of Hangzhou and Binjiang District.
2. The supplementary agreement reached by both parties through consultation is an annex to this agreement and has the same effect as this contract.

I. Main contents of contract management

2. Term of contracted operation

2. 3. If Party A's budget revenue of hotel dishes excluding drinks and barbecues in the current month exceeds 85% of the budget, but is lower than the budget revenue, Party A will reward Party B in full according to the contract remuneration standard of the current month, and will also reward Party B according to 1% of the excess revenue. If the budget income of hotel dishes excluding drinks and barbecues in the current month exceeds the budget 100%, Party A will reward Party B with 3% of the excess income in addition to the contract remuneration standard for the whole month. Second, the food cost rate evaluation

2. The actual grain cost rate of the current month exceeds the upper limit of the approved grain cost rate or is lower than the lower limit of the approved grain cost rate, and the total contract remuneration of the current month shall be deducted for every 1 percentage point.

Three. Management requirements of Party A for Party B
1. Personnel structure and establishment of Party B in Party A.

2 The number of employees assigned by Party B to the kitchen team shall meet the needs of Party A's business changes, and the number of employees assigned shall not be reduced. When the number of personnel stationed by Party B needs to be reduced, it must be approved by Party A in writing, and Party A will correspondingly reduce the remuneration for contracted operation according to the salary market. 2. Kitchen and staff management
The code of conduct for kitchen employees contracted by Party B shall be uniformly managed by Party A, and the following behaviors shall be punished according to Party A's management rules, and the corresponding fines shall be deducted from the contract remuneration of the current month:
1 If Party B's kitchen staff steals kitchen property, including but not limited to food, dry accessories, oil, etc. In the kitchen, 5% of the standard monthly contract remuneration is deducted every time it is found, but it is not lower than the cost of stealing property; When kitchen staff steal vegetables, they will be deducted 20 times of the cost price every time they find them;
2. If it is found that the kitchen staff 1 time does not invoice or underpays, 5% of the contract remuneration standard of the current month will be deducted each time, but it shall not be lower than the sales price of the dishes that do not invoice or underpays;
3. If it is found that the kitchen staff take their own meals or do not enter them into the account after taking their own meals, 5% of the monthly contract remuneration standard will be deducted each time, but it shall not be lower than the actual amount of meals taken;
4 If the personnel of Party B's company accept the banquet, property, etc. of the supplier. Or demand the above-mentioned economic benefits from the supplier, it shall be deducted by 5% of the monthly contract remuneration standard 1 time.
Three. Rights and obligations of both parties
1. Rights and obligations of Party A
1. Supervise the daily behavior norms of Party B's kitchen staff and manage them according to Party A's management system.
2. Be responsible for the procurement of all materials needed for kitchen production and operation, and the procurement process shall be implemented in accordance with Party A's existing procurement management methods.
3. Supervise the quality of Party B's products and put forward suggestions for improvement.
4, in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, responsible for organizing the accounting of kitchen financial revenue and expenditure.
5. If the personnel assigned by Party B to Party A do not meet the post skill requirements of Party A after the change, Party A has the right to ask Party B to make adjustments within the specified time. If Party B still fails to meet Party A's requirements, Party A may deduct Party B's contract remuneration accordingly.
6. If the kitchen staff violates this contract, Party B will be punished. And according to the performance of the kitchen staff, put forward suggestions for rewards and punishments to Party B. ..
7. If the behavior of Party B or the kitchen staff adversely affects Party A's reputation, Party A has the right to demand compensation from Party B. ..
