There is no provision for tattoos in civil service recruitment. However, the following persons cannot be admitted:
Article 17 The following persons are not allowed to apply for civil servants:
(1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;
(2) ) have been dismissed from public service;
(3) There are other circumstances that prohibit employment as civil servants as stipulated by law.
Article 18 Applicants shall not apply for positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Servant Law with the recruitment agency civil servants.
Article 68 Civil servants who have a husband-wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close marriage relationship are not allowed to hold positions in the same agency that are directly subordinate to the same leader or Those who have a direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship are not allowed to engage in organization, personnel, disciplinary inspection, supervision, auditing and financial work in one of the agencies holding a leadership position.
Article 35: Applicants who violate recruitment disciplines will be criticized and educated respectively, their qualifications for examinations, inspections and physical examinations will be revoked, and they will not be admitted or their employment will be cancelled, depending on the severity of the case. Article 1: Those with organic heart diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, Keshan disease, etc. are not qualified. Those with congenital heart disease who do not require surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified.
If one of the following conditions occurs, pathological changes in heart disease are excluded and the person is qualified:
(1) Physiological murmur on heart auscultation;
(2) Occasional premature contractions less than 6 times per minute (those with a history of myocarditis should be strictly controlled);
(3) Heart rate 50-60 beats or 100-110 beats per minute;
(4) Other situations where the electrocardiogram is abnormal.
The second blood pressure is within the following range and is qualified:
Systolic blood pressure 90mmHg-140mmHg (12.00-18.66Kpa);
Diastolic blood pressure 60mmHg-90mmHg ( 8.00-12.00Kpa).
Article 3: Blood diseases, unqualified. For simple iron deficiency anemia, if the hemoglobin is higher than 90g/L for men and 80g/L for women, they are qualified.
Article 4: Tuberculosis is unqualified. However, the following conditions are qualified:
(1) Primary tuberculosis, secondary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, those who are clinically stable and unchanged for 1 year;
(2) Pulmonary tuberculosis External tuberculosis: renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, lymph node tuberculosis, etc., with no recurrence 2 years after clinical cure and no change after examination by a specialized hospital.
Article 5: Chronic bronchitis accompanied by obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, and bronchial asthma are unqualified.
Article 6: Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases will not qualify. Those who have healed gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, have no history of bleeding within 1 year, and have been asymptomatic for more than 1 year are qualified; those who have no serious complications after subtotal gastrectomy are qualified.
Article 7: All kinds of acute and chronic hepatitis are unqualified. Carriers of the hepatitis B pathogen are qualified if hepatitis is ruled out through examination.
Article 8: Various malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis are disqualified.
Article 9: Acute and chronic nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney disease, and renal insufficiency are not qualified.
Article 10: Endocrine system diseases such as diabetes, diabetes insipidus, acromegaly, etc. are not qualified. Those who have no symptoms or signs 1 year after hyperthyroidism is cured are qualified.
Article 11: Those with a history of epilepsy, mental illness, hysteria, nocturnal disorder, severe neurosis (frequent headaches and dizziness, insomnia, significant memory loss, etc.), psychoactive substance abuse and dependence , unqualified.
Article 12 Lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and/or polymyositis, scleroderma, polyarteritis nodosa, rheumatoid arthritis and other diffuse connective tissue diseases, Takayasu arteritis, unqualified.
Article 13: Late-stage schistosomiasis, late-stage haemorrhagiasis combined with elephantiasis or chyluria are unqualified.
Article 14: Skull defects, intracranial foreign bodies, craniocerebral malformations, and post-traumatic brain syndrome are disqualified.
Article 15: Severe chronic osteomyelitis, disqualified.
Article 16: Third-degree simple goiter is disqualified.
Article 17: Gallstones or urinary tract stones with obstruction are not qualified.
Article 18: Gonorrhea, syphilis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, genital warts, genital herpes, and AIDS are not qualified.
Article 19: Those whose corrected visual acuity in both eyes is less than 0.8 (standard logarithmic visual acuity 4.9) or who have obvious eye diseases that impair visual function will not be qualified.
Article 20: Those who have hearing impairment in both ears and are unable to hear whispers within 3 meters of both ears while wearing hearing aids will be disqualified.
Article 21: Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination standards and affect the normal performance of duties are not qualified.
