According to the relevant provisions of our country’s laws and regulations, public security organs can conduct urine tests on persons suspected of taking drugs. If the person concerned does not cooperate, the test can be compulsory.
Article 32 of the "Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates: Public security organs may conduct necessary testing on persons suspected of drug abuse, and the persons being tested shall cooperate; for those who refuse to accept testing, , compulsory testing can be conducted with the approval of the person in charge of the public security organ of the people's government at or above the county level or its dispatched agency.
Article 75 of the "Regulations on the Procedures of Public Security Organs for Handling Administrative Cases" stipulates: For people suspected of drug abuse, the public security organs may conduct human body drug component testing.
