List of materials submitted for applying for foreign degree certification
One two-inch color ID photo (blue background);
The original and photocopy of the degree certificate or higher education diploma in the foreign source language (the official language of the issuing country) to be certified;
Original and photocopy of complete official transcripts of courses requiring certified degree certificates or higher education diplomas; If you obtain a degree certificate through research, you should provide the original and photocopy of the official research letter issued by the school functional department (such as college, student registration department or student management department), and the content of the research letter should indicate the starting and ending date of the study (accurate to the month), professional name, research direction, degree award and other information;
Original Chinese translation of foreign degree certificates (higher education diplomas) and transcripts (research letters) that need to be certified (translation by formal translation institutions (companies) is invalid for personal translation);
Original and photocopy of the diploma of preparatory course or higher education (use this certificate to apply for a foreign diploma course or higher education diploma course that needs certification);
Original and photocopy of all passports of the applicant (including the first page-personal information page, the last page-my signature page, as well as all visa records and entry and exit records during studying abroad);
The original and photocopy of the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad;
Authorization statement signed by the applicant (login/download).
Additional relevant certificates are required (originals and copies of the following materials are required):
If your passport is handed in or lost during your study abroad, please provide: (1) a statement signed by the applicant that you cannot submit your passport during your study abroad; (2) the first page of a new passport or household registration book; (3) If you hand in your passport on business, please provide your official certificate and passport hand-in certificate; (4) If your private passport is lost, please provide relevant study and residence certificates (including residence time and visa type, etc.). ) Those who are in the country where the graduation certificate is issued during their study abroad, such as entry and exit records, social security certificates, registration certificates of foreigners, etc.
Applicants involved in cross-border education are required to submit a high school diploma, transcripts issued by mainland schools and proof of learning experience (or certificate of completion);
Before going abroad, the applicant received higher education in domestic colleges and universities, and if he did not obtain a diploma, he should submit the "Certificate of Dropout" issued by the college for the applicant. The "Certificate of Dropout" must state that the applicant has received general (or adult) higher education (graduate or undergraduate, junior college (higher vocational)) in the university and dropped out for some reason;
The overseas students sent by the unit or organization shall provide the certificate of public study abroad issued by the sending unit and the list of public study abroad students. The contents of the certificate of public study abroad include the name of the public program, the starting time, the batch, the number and basic situation of the dispatched personnel, the name of the receiving institution outside the country (territory), the professional and academic organizations, etc. If pre-departure training for domestic organizations is involved, the training content (foreign language/basic courses/specialized courses/others), time, credit conversion, etc. shall be explained. Certificates and student lists must be originals stamped with the official seal of the unit;
Those who have not obtained a degree certificate but hold a confirmation letter that their school has obtained a degree need to translate the letter and transcripts;
Those who have obtained degree certificates in Russian-speaking countries need to provide proof of preparatory courses;
Those who study in Ireland and obtain a degree certificate from the National University of Ireland are required to provide a Latin version of the degree certificate.
Those who have obtained a degree certificate in Estonia are required to provide certificates in English and Estonian;
Those who obtain a doctorate in Japan are required to provide research certificates issued by Japanese universities. At the same time, provide the abstract of the main thesis and the title list of the sub-thesis of the applicant's degree application;
If you study in the United States and obtain a degree certificate, you need to provide an I-20 form if you hold an F- 1 visa; If you have a J- 1 visa, you need to provide the DS-20 19 form and the dispatch certificate of the relevant unit or project;
Returnees studying in Canada need to submit a study permit); Issued by Immigration Canada;
To obtain a degree certificate in the Philippines, you must personally submit the certification application materials to the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education; If the school is a national university, it must be certified by the Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs; If the school is a private university, it must be certified by the Philippine Higher Education Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Those who have obtained a degree certificate in South Africa must submit a diploma if they have obtained a national diploma before;
Some European countries need to submit residence cards during their study abroad. If you don't have a residence card, you can use a student ID card, a registration card and other materials instead.
Applicants for dual courses in Malaysia must submit the transcripts or proof of study issued by Malaysian schools during the whole study period (including dual courses) and the transcripts of dual courses of universities in third countries respectively;
Those who have obtained a higher education diploma before studying abroad and obtained a bachelor's degree on the basis of this, when applying for bachelor's degree certification, must submit the higher education diploma and the transcripts of the higher education diploma learning stage, all visas (or endorsements) and entry and exit records during the study period;
When the qualification applied for is not connected with the prequalification level, submit the prequalification certificate, admission basis, work certificate and other relevant materials;
18. If the internship activities are completed in China during the study period, the internship contract or internship certificate recognized by the school shall be provided;
19. In case of entrusting others to submit the certification application materials, the agent shall provide the power of attorney for submitting the certification application materials (see "Important Notice and File Download" on the homepage of the certification system for the template) and the valid identity certificate of the agent. Note: An agent can only submit the application materials of one certification applicant.
All the originals of the above materials will be returned immediately after the on-site inspection, and the copies will be kept by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
Special note: 1. For the time being, the Center cannot accept the application for direct mailing of original materials. Please don't send the original application materials to our center to avoid loss or other accidents.
2. In the process of submitting the certification application materials, the applicant needs to sign the authenticity and accuracy of the certification application information and materials, so the applicant is requested to go through the certification application procedures at all verification points in our center as much as possible. Agent, please refer to the above 19 for relevant procedures.
