First of all, the dress code

3. Work clothes should be changed frequently, and there should be no tripping, wrong buckle, off-line and other phenomena;

4. When the company organizes large-scale collective activities, all employees must wear work clothes as required;

5. Work clothes should be properly kept and not lent to non-employees.

Second, the production acceptance

1. The General Administration Department determines the production quantity, color, style, size and material requirements of work clothes according to the company's requirements and the actual situation of each unit, and is responsible for quantity statistics, measurement arrangement and other matters;

2. For the production of work clothes, the supply department will contact the manufacturer, sign a purchase contract or agreement with the manufacturer according to the production demand, and increase the existing actual quantity by 20% for the use of new employees;

3. The production cost of work clothes shall be borne by the company in full in principle;

4. After the production of work clothes returns to the factory, the financial department, the administrative comprehensive department and the warehouse will conduct centralized acceptance, and the warehouse will go through the warehousing formalities after passing the acceptance;

5. The warehouse should check the work clothes inventory every month. When the inventory is less than 10% of the total number of employees in the company, it shall be reported to the administrative department for purchasing in time, and the administrative department shall organize the replacement in time according to the service life and seasonal changes.

Third, the recipients issued

1. The company's work clothes include spring and summer clothes and autumn and winter clothes. Different styles of work clothes are distributed according to different units, and the work clothes are changed in April and 10 of that year;

2. Each full-time employee will be given two sets of spring and summer clothes and two sets of autumn and winter clothes, which will be replaced every two years; The use time of work clothes is calculated from the date when employees receive them;

3. Employees of the company can only receive work clothes after they become regular employees, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be issued;

4. When employees receive work clothes, the department should first submit a written application and submit it to the General Administration Department for approval. After employees sign the work clothes outbound order, they go to the warehouse to get it, and the warehouse issues it according to the size and quantity on the outbound order.

5. If new work clothes need to be issued temporarily for special posts, they should first apply to the department for approval, and then go through the relevant collection procedures at the administrative comprehensive department, otherwise they will not be issued;

6. After employees receive work clothes, if they find quality problems such as tripping, tripping, breakage and size discrepancy, they should report them to the Administration Department within one week, and the Administration Department will coordinate with the Purchasing Department to implement and solve them uniformly;

7. In principle, employees should receive work clothes in strict accordance with their declared sizes. 8. When employees leave their jobs (including resignation and dismissal, etc.). ), if the service life of work clothes is less than two years, the clothing expenses shall be handled in the following ways:

(1) If the work clothes have been used for less than half a year since the date of collection, the production cost of the work clothes will be deducted in full when leaving the company, and the work clothes will be owned by me;

(2) If the work clothes have been used for half a year but less than one year since the date of collection, 50% of the production cost of the work clothes will be deducted when leaving the company, and the work clothes will be owned by me;

(3) If the work clothes have been used for one year from the date of collection, the production cost of the work clothes will not be deducted when leaving the company, and the work clothes will be owned by me.

9. During the specified service period, if the employee's work clothes cannot be worn to work due to loss or damage, he shall apply to the General Administration Department for replacement, and the expenses shall be deducted from his salary;

10. The General Administration Department establishes a work clothes distribution ledger, which can trace the time, quantity, size and other related information of employees in various departments;

2. If the employees of the department violate the regulations for more than five times in a month, the department head will be fined 100 yuan;

3. The style and logo of work clothes are uniformly made by the company, and no unit or individual may change them without authorization. Offenders will be fined 50- 100 yuan depending on the circumstances;

4, without the permission of the relevant departments, to the warehouse to exchange new spare work clothes, found that a fine will be given to 50 yuan;

5. If the warehouse can't use the work clothes normally due to improper storage, the relevant responsible person shall be punished according to the standards of 40 yuan/piece of coat and 30 yuan/piece of trousers;
