You can download and install the new online banking security control again, as follows.

Step 1: Log in to official website, Agricultural Bank of China, and click "Personal Online Banking Login" → "KBAO First Login".

Step 2: Click the "Download" button of the online banking security control to download the installation program to your computer. After downloading, the installer will be installed.

Step 3: Please save all your work and close IE browser. Click OK to install. After the installation is completed, as shown in the figure, click Finish to complete the installation.

Security controls can never be installed, which can be handled as follows:

1. Please use IE browser to complete the installation of the security control. If you are using IE 1 1 browser, please make the following settings: open IE 1 1 browser, select Tools → Compatibility View Settings, and add the websites visited by the Bank to the Compatibility View website.

2. After downloading the security control to the local computer, close all browsers and install it.
