Article 5 A party to a bill may entrust his agent to sign or seal the bill, and his agency relationship shall be indicated on the bill.

If a bill is signed in the name of an agent without agency authority, the signer shall bear the bill liability; if the agent exceeds the authority of the agency, he shall bear the bill liability for the part beyond his authority.

Article 6 If a person without capacity for civil conduct or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct signs a bill, his signature and seal will be invalid, but the validity of other signatures and seals will not be affected.

Article 7 The signature on the bill shall be a signature, a seal or a signature and a seal.

The signature and seal of a legal person or other unit that uses bills on a bill shall be the seal of the legal person or unit plus the signature of its legal representative or its authorized agent.

The signature on the instrument shall be the real name of the party concerned.
