1. Log in to Tik Tok app, click the "I" option below, and select the "3 horizontal lines" button at the top right of the personal page.

2. In the list that appears, select the "Settings" option below to set up private messages.

3. Click and select the "Privacy Management" function on the settings page to enter the privacy settings page.

4. On the privacy management page, under the column "Who can send me messages", just turn off all options.
