In 1988, he graduated from the Department of Computer Science of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree. In 1991, he graduated from the Computer Science Department of Shanxi University with a master's degree. He presided over the Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation project "Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm and Its Rapid Implementation (20011031)" and the Shanxi Provincial Education Commission project "College Laboratory Information Management System" and passed the appraisal of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, reaching the domestic leading level. He participated in 2 projects including the Study Abroad Fund, undertook 3 studies on horizontal application projects, and published more than 10 papers in national first-level publications.
