2. Notice of convening the owners' meeting;
3. Owners' Convention (signed by members of the owners' committee);
4. Articles of association of the owners' committee (signed by members of the owners' committee);
5. Fill in the record form of the owners' committee, including: explanations of the owners' meeting and voting records; List of members of the owners' committee and their resumes;
6. Other relevant materials.
Five, after the completion of the filing results, the members of the owners' committee shall announce the formal establishment of the owners' committee in the property community.
