Open WeChat, enter Settings, empty WeChat cache and data garbage, then close WeChat and try again.
2. Uninstall WeChat
Uninstall wechat, delete the folder where wechat is located (tencent-MicroMsg) and reinstall it.
3. Software conflict
Uninstalling the security software in the mobile phone may be caused by security software conflicts or some restrictions. Try after uninstalling.
4. Old version of WeChat
The problem of WeChat itself is caused by the new plug-in of the new version of WeChat. Reinstall the old version of WeChat and find the old version of WeChat that didn't have this problem before.
5. Restore factory settings
Back up your phone, restore its factory settings, and reinstall WeChat.
