In China's civil litigation, the People's Court must analyze and judge various evidence based on all the materials in the case, identify its authenticity, and examine and determine its probative effect. The "Civil Procedure Law" stipulates: "The People's Court shall review the parties' statements in conjunction with other evidence in the case to determine whether they can be used as a basis for determining the facts. If the parties refuse to make statements, it will not affect the People's Court's determination of the facts of the case based on the evidence." . It also stipulates: "The People's Court shall confirm the validity of legal acts, legal facts and documents that have been notarized.
