Huawei certification Vue examination process and registration method

1. Register and make an appointment for the exam

Candidates must use Huawei account to make an appointment for the exam in the following three ways:

1) website reservation: click the login button to make an appointment through Pearson VUE website;

2) Customer Service Center Appointment: Contact Pearson VUE Customer Service Center to make an appointment. Contact information is as follows: Tel (Chinese mainland): 400-8 10-8288.

Hours of manual telephone service: Monday to Friday, 9: 00-18: 00 local time; Except local holidays.

3) Booking of test sites: Candidates can make an appointment at the nearest Peisheng VUE test site to check the test sites.

Special reminder:

Candidates who use Huawei account for the first time must add complete personal information on Pearson VUE website before they can make an appointment for Huawei certification examination at Pearson VUE.

Document (ID) requirements:

The name of the candidate must be exactly the same as the name on the certificate provided on the day of the exam.

All necessary documents must be issued by the country/region where candidates take the exam. If the certificate held by the candidate is not the qualified first certificate issued by the country/region where the exam is held, you need to provide your international travel passport and the second certificate of your country/region.

Candidates are required to provide two original valid (unexpired) certificates (no photo copy); One certificate serves as the first certificate (certificate issued by the government, including name, recent photo and signature) and the other as the second certificate (including name and signature, or name and recent photo).

Other licensing matters:

Do not accept expired files; Unless an update file is also provided.

EU candidates who take the exam in the EU region may also need to provide a valid unexpired EU card.

For candidates taking the exam in Japan, you can accept the work number or student number (including at least your name and recent photo) as the first proof, provided that you also provide a valid Japanese health blue card. If you take the exam in Japan, you can accept the Japanese health blue card.

If the certificate issued by the government lacks visible signature (or embedded signature), as long as it meets other requirements of the first certificate and the second certificate, candidates are allowed to take the exam.

2. Pay the examination fee

In Pearson VUE, candidates have three ways to pay the examination fee:

1) exam voucher payment (website/customer service center/test center): candidates can use the exam voucher when booking an exam on the website, test center or customer service center.

2) Credit card payment (website/customer service center): Candidates can choose credit card payment when making an appointment for the exam on the website or through the customer service center.

3) Cash payment (test center): Candidates can pay the certification test fee in cash at the test center.

4. Take the exam on the spot

To take the test at the test center, candidates should follow the following test rules and procedures.

Candidates should arrive at the test center 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the exam for registration, including collecting electronic photos and electronic signatures. (If candidates are late for more than 15 minutes, they may be rejected and the examination fee will not be refunded. )

Candidates are not allowed to bring any personal belongings into the examination room without the permission of the examination organizer, including but not limited to backpacks, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, watches, wallets, books, documents, notebooks, notes, paper, etc.
