Nine times out of ten, "life is unhappy" comes from Biography of the Book of Jin and Yang Hucheng. Other sources: the poem "He Xinlang Re-assigns the previous rhyme" by Xin Qiji, a poet in the Southern Song Dynasty: "Sighing life is unhappy, nine times out of ten." After Xin Qiji, there was a poem by Fang Yue, a poet in the Song Dynasty: "Frustration is often nine times out of ten, but it is no different from the speaker." (Commander of Other Talents). Since the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, Fang Yue's poems have been mostly used in the association of "unsatisfactory things often happen eight or nine times, but they are no different from the speaker".
It means: Nine times out of ten things in life are not completely in your mind.
psychology
Nine times out of ten, everyone faces all kinds of troubles: messy chores at work, occasional physical discomfort, emotional bumps ... When faced with troubles, we always show panic and want to get rid of them. However, troubles often go hand in hand and people can't get rid of them completely. One worry after another in life, you press the gourd, but the gourd floats.
Trouble and happiness are twin sisters, but when happiness comes, you won't hate it. Therefore, like Tagore, we need to express our rhythm by taking troubles as a part of our lives and deal with them with an open-minded and calm mind.
