The scope of application of electronic signature is as follows:
1, involving personal relationships such as marriage, adoption and inheritance;
2, involving the cessation of water supply, heating, gas supply and other public utilities services;
3. Other circumstances in which electronic documents are not applicable as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Legal basis: Article 502 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
A legally established contract shall come into force upon its establishment, except as otherwise provided by law or agreed by the parties.
