The cause of the problem

Charger charging:

The groove surface of the stylus is misaligned and adsorbed on the stylus charger (at the groove).

Side adsorption charging:

1. When the tablet uses a three-way leather case or a three-way keyboard, it may wrap the top of the tablet, and the stylus is not adsorbed at the correct charging position, resulting in that the stylus cannot be charged;

2. Some magnets on the 3-way holster/3-way keyboard will affect the charging of the stylus, resulting in charging failure;

3. The stylus pen is placed in the pen case, and the pen case is too thick, which affects the efficiency of wireless charging and even leads to the inability to charge or bounce.

Charger charging:

Please check the adsorption position of the stylus, stick the charger in the middle of the edge of the stylus groove, and the other end of the charger is connected to the flat plate, as shown in the figure below.

Please upgrade your tablet to the latest version and try again.

Side adsorption charging:

1. It is recommended that you use the official leather case/official keyboard;

2. Please check the adsorption position of the stylus: the concave surface of the stylus must be adsorbed on the top of the plate;

The specific location will be different for different models. Please refer to the position shown in the figure for adsorption until a prompt pops up on the host.

3. When the stylus needs to be charged, please take it out of the pen case and then adsorb it for charging;

Please upgrade your tablet to the latest version and try again.

If the above methods can't solve the problem, it is recommended that you back up the data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei customer service center for testing.
