Lessor's responsibilities:

5. flowers and plants should be replaced in time according to different seasons, plant growth and reasonable requirements of the renter (in principle, 2% of the total quantity should be replaced every quarter), so that indoor potted flowers are free from obvious dust, sundries, pests and diseases, dead branches and yellow leaves, the cylinder is clean and tidy, and the tray is suitable to maintain normal and ornamental growth patterns. Usually, the flowers will be replaced in place within 3 working days after receiving the notice from the lessee. If there are special circumstances, both parties will negotiate to solve them.

responsibilities of the lessor:

2. Pay the rent and deposit on time;

3. provide convenient conditions for the lessor to maintain the plants (free access and parking of vehicles, provision of water, power supply, working meals, storage of tools, etc.);

4. Ensure that the placement position of flowers will not be changed at will, and that the green plants of flowers, flower pots, flower stands and other accessories will not be lost or damaged artificially. The Lessor shall be responsible for the compensation for the flower loss caused thereby.

Others:

1. If the lease service provided by the lessor fails to meet the requirements of this contract, the lessor has the right to require the lessor to rectify, and the lessor shall complete it within a time limit after receiving the written rectification request;

2. If the Tenant changes or moves its address, both parties shall resolve the rent flower issue through negotiation;

3. If the flowers are placed in more than 1 pots, the personnel of both parties shall make an inventory at the end of each month and settle the flowers according to the actual quantity;

4. Temporary or emergency expenses shall be accounted for at the price agreed by both parties;

5. If the air quality in the rented place is bad due to decoration and other reasons, or the room temperature is often lower than 1 degrees Celsius due to seasonal reasons (such as turning off the air conditioner/heater at night), both parties shall exchange the varieties of plants and flowers through consultation;

6. if both parties have no objection to the expiration of this contract, it will be postponed automatically; If you have any objection, you need to notify the other party in writing 3 days in advance; If the contract is terminated, the hirer shall pay off all the flowers at the same time as the lessor withdraws the flowers;

7. Any party's breach of the contract constitutes a breach of contract, and it shall bear economic responsibilities according to relevant laws and regulations, and the liquidated damages shall be 1% of the total contract amount;

8. Matters not covered are settled by both parties through negotiation, and the signed supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as the original contract.
