1. Put the protective sleeve into the ceiling hole (the special protective sleeve provided by the filter bag manufacturer must be used in the installation process), and the protective cloth must surround the edge of the ceiling hole in a whole circle to prevent scratches during the installation of the dust collector skeleton.

2. After the whole box of filter bags enters the clean room, unseal it. Then, disassemble the outer packaging film of the filter bag. Then, the bottom of the bag first enters the hole of the flower board with a sheath, and slowly puts down the filter bag. After the mouth of the bag reaches the hole of the flower board, take it out of the sheath. Note: The filter bag is not allowed to directly collide with the rough steel structure. If the whole container cannot be moved into the clean room, a soft pad with smooth surface should be used where the filter bag is easy to touch during the transfer. It is forbidden for the surface of the filter bag to collide with the water chestnut of the steel structure at will.

3. After carefully taking out the sheath, bend the elastic ring of the filter bag with both hands, align the groove of the outer bag mouth with the edge of the ceiling hole (the seam of the bag mouth is best to contact the ceiling hole first), and then play it back gradually, so that the bag circle is closely attached to the ceiling and the tension is even. If the last broadcast place can't be close to the ceiling, you can gently tap around with a rubber hammer until it is tight. Note: After installation, check whether the groove at the mouth of the filter bag is undercut and tensioned.

4. After installing at most three rows of filter bags, the bag cage must be installed immediately to prevent the foot from stepping on the mouth of the filter bag. Make the elastic clamping groove of the filter bag contact with the edge of the flower board hole evenly, and you can usually hear a crisp sound of "pa", indicating that the filter bag has been clamped with the flower board hole, suggesting that if it is not clamped tightly, you can press it tightly by hand or tap the periphery gently with a rubber hammer until it is clamped. After the dust collector is put into operation, the filter bag that is not completely clamped is easy to fall off.
