III. Job Responsibilities
A master refers to an employee who has worked in our company for a long time, has certain practical experience and work experience, and has excellent work style and excellent business skills. (1) Responsibility
1. Responsible for one-on-one tutoring for apprentices for 12 months; 2. Communicate regularly with the tutors for their daily work and answer all kinds of questions raised by the apprentices;
3. keep abreast of the apprentice's ideological trends, help the apprentice to integrate into the team as soon as possible, guide the apprentice to establish work goals, and establish a stable career plan in the company;
4. Ensure that the apprentice has mastered the basic business knowledge and skills during the probation period, and can pass the qualification examination;
5. The master must carefully guide the apprentice according to the requirements. If the master is not serious, impatient or perfunctory, the apprentice can report to the leader of the unit (department).

1. The master has the right to make suggestions on whether the apprentice will become a regular employee on time or whether the probation period needs to be further extended;

During the tutoring period, if the apprentice passes the formal training on schedule, the master will have priority in the selection of outstanding employees in the annual department, which can also be used as an important basis for employee promotion.
