3. Interview content and method
The order of the interview is determined by drawing lots and is divided into two parts: presentation and defense. Each candidate will give a defense after class, and the two sessions will be timed separately.
1. Lectures: The full score for lectures is 100 points. The average score after removing one point and the lowest score from the seven judges' scores is the lecture score. The preparation time for the lecture is 30 minutes, and the lecture time is 15 minutes. The topics for the Chinese and Mathematics lectures were selected from the second volume of textbooks for third and fourth grade primary school students published by the People's Education Press. The content of the lectures for candidates in the same subject was the same.
2. Defense: The full score of the defense is 100 points. The average defense score after deducting one point and the lowest score from the seven judges' scores is the defense score. There are 2 questions set in the defense session. The time for thinking and answering is 10 minutes. The 2 questions are timed continuously. The defense questions will be selected from the defense question bank by candidate No. 1 after the lecture. All candidates will have the same defense questions. The contents of the defense questions include teachers’ basic qualities, education and teaching, and comprehensive personal qualities, etc., and are formulated by experts designated by the Municipal Discipline Inspection Department, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Education Bureau.
3. The total interview score = lecture score × 55% + defense score × 45%.

5. Things to note
1. Time requirements. Candidates should report to the waiting room at 7:40 on August 11th with their ID cards and registration forms. Those who are late for 30 minutes will be automatically forfeited.
2. Discipline requirements.
① After entering the waiting room, candidates must turn off mobile phones and other communication tools and hand them to the staff for sealing. They are not allowed to bring any materials into the preparation room. The stationery required in the preparation room will be provided by the examiner.
② During the waiting period, you must wait patiently and are not allowed to leave the waiting room. If you need to leave the waiting room due to special circumstances, you must report to the staff. After obtaining permission, the staff will accompany you throughout the process.
③Wear the lottery serial number plate and show your serial number plate to the examiner after entering the interview room. You are not allowed to disclose your name, admission ticket number and other information during the interview.
④ During the defense, the staff will provide the candidates with defense questions at one time. The examiner announces the beginning of answering questions, the candidates begin to think and answer questions, the timer starts, and the candidates finish answering questions and must report "answer completed".
⑤After the interview, the candidates wait at the spot for the announcement of the interview results. After the interview results are announced, the staff will take you away from the interview room.
⑥ Consciously abide by examination disciplines, respect examiners and other staff, and obey staff coordination and arrangements. Any violation of discipline will result in disqualification from the interview.
6. Related follow-up work
1. Physical examination
① Determination of physical examination personnel. Based on the candidates' comprehensive scores in the written test and interview from high to low, the number of candidates for the physical examination will be determined based on a ratio of 1:1 between the number of job recruitment plans and the number of physical examinations.
②Organization of physical examination. The physical examination is organized by our school. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants" issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. The physical examination must be carried out in a Grade II A or above hospital, and the expenses are borne by yourself.
③Replacement of physical examination personnel. Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the performance of the position. Replacement personnel will only be generated among those who participated in the interview for this position. If there are no replacements, the recruitment of personnel for this position will be cancelled.
2. Assessment
Those who pass the physical examination will enter the assessment. Our school and the Municipal Education Bureau are specifically responsible for the assessment work.
The main contents of the assessment include ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, etc. At the same time, personnel files are reviewed to review the qualifications of the assessment objects.
For those who are determined to be unqualified in the assessment, the assessment team should explain the reasons in writing and report it to the Jingzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review. After confirmation, the highest score will be selected based on the total score of the candidates for the position. to the lowest score in descending order. Replacement personnel will only be generated among those who participated in the interview for this position.
