The Visa Center only accepts postal applications and remittances from applicants legally residing in China. The visa application center does not accept visa applications mailed from abroad.

The following is the process of mailing the application:
Step 1: Confirm the visa type. Download the list of materials according to the determined visa type and prepare your application materials according to the requirements of the list. After confirming the required materials, print the list of materials and sign it.
Step 2: The applicant needs to remit the visa fee to the designated bank account. The application fee includes:-visa fee (100 Canadian dollars)-visa center service fee (34.25 Canadian dollars per person)-courier fee (mailing the visa results back to the designated address in 50 yuan RMB per person). Please note:-The Center only accepts bank counter remittance and online bank remittance; Please indicate the applicant's name and passport number in the postscript, and make sure that the bank uploads this information so that the visa center can quickly identify your remittance. Please refer to the Canadian visa fee website for a detailed fee schedule.
Step 3: Applicants can only apply by post through China Post (EMS). When you mail the application, please make sure that the package includes the following documents:-A complete and signed list of materials and application form (e-mail address/two-dimensional bar code must be provided on the fifth page of the main application form)-Proof materials-a copy of remittance voucher-a label paper (Chinese mainland) indicating the return address and postal code, and the center will send back your application results through China Post (EMS).
