Three different forms of wills:

3. autograph of the testator: after being signed by the testator, it indicates who made the will, otherwise, the will without autograph is invalid.

The inheritance is in the following order:

1. The first order: spouse, children and parents;

2. The second order: brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandparents;

3. After the inheritance begins, the successor in the first order will inherit, and the successor in the second order will not inherit; If there is no successor in the first order, it will be inherited by the successor in the second order;

4. The term "children" includes children born in wedlock, children born out of wedlock, adopted children and stepchildren with dependency;

5. "Parents" includes biological parents, adoptive parents and step-parents with dependency;
