3. Introduction objects and conditions

2. Professional test method:
(1) Applications for positions dispatched to Jixi Middle School will be conducted in the form of trial lectures, which mainly test the candidates’ basic education and teaching qualities and abilities.
(2) Applications for positions dispatched to the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center will be conducted through a skills test. (3) Applicants for other positions will be conducted through structured interviews. 3. Examiner composition: The examiner group is generally no less than 7 people, of which the number of external examiners accounts for more than half of the examiner group. When calculating the score, one mark and the lowest score are removed, and the average score of the remaining examiners is the professional test score of the candidate. Professional test scores are scored on a hundred-point scale, and scores are rounded to two decimal places.

(6) Submission for approval

5. Introduce work discipline
