2. Choose an option. After clicking the file, the system will display some basic operations on the file, including import and export, exit and so on. Click the Options button here and enter some Outlook settings.
3. After entering Outlook options, click Mail in the left navigation bar. Because it is a template setting for sending email, click email to enter the email setting interface.
4. Click on the signature. After entering the email setting interface, click the signature in the operation interface on the right. You can create or modify message signatures.
5. Set the name of the mail signature. Template format and content of e-mail signature. If you have already set the e-mail signature, you can also change it. Click Save after the settings are completed.
