In fact, for ordinary people, there is no need to study hard for a certain state, but to naturally enter a certain state in the process of reading. As long as it suits you, don't care about the method, don't care about the results, just let nature take its course and be happy. There is no need for communication or experience. As the saying goes, whatever suits you is the best.

The way of reading varies from person to person, there is no absolutely unified standard, and the performance varies with the seasons.
