Signed a repayment plan with the borrower, but the guarantor didn't sign it. Does the guarantor still bear the responsibility?
The guarantor is not the borrower, and the debt it guarantees is conditional. After the end of the warranty period, the warranty responsibility shall be exempted. The effectiveness of the written plan may not be realized. Let the borrower write. The guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable for repayment. When writing the plan, it should be stated that if the repayment is not made on time, all the remaining funds need to be paid in one lump sum. Otherwise, you can't sue before the expiration.
