If Party B fails to use the site smoothly or delays the time due to Party A's poor solution, Party A shall be responsible for the losses.

Party A and Party B, on the principle of equality, voluntariness and compensation, reach an agreement on the transfer of the contracted management right of land and conclude this contract.
I. Land Transfer
Party A transfers the contracted management right of its contracted land (located behind Zhang Yuexiang's main house) to Party B to engage in the reconstruction project of Tongzu Branch Road. Four boundaries of a piece of land in this plot: north to the foot of Yang Laogui's fence, south to the cement pavement boundary at the back wall of Zhang Yuexiang's main house 1.5m, east to the right corner of Yang Laogui, and west to the back wall of Zhang Yuexiang's house (i.e. the boundary between Yang Laogui's house and Zhang Minghui's house).
Second, the transfer period and ownership

Third, the transfer price

Party B shall pay the transfer fee to Party A in cash on the date of signing this contract.
