The car accident insurance claim settlement process includes: reporting the case, damage assessment, signing and reviewing the claim documents, adjustment review, approval, compensation settlement and other steps. 1. Report the accident After an accident, the customer reports the accident to the claims department of the insurance company; after the back office of the automobile insurance company receives the report, the customer will be asked to immediately fill in the "Business Insurance Registration Form" with the accident situation. 2. The survey and loss determination inspection personnel will complete the on-site survey and inspection work within 1 working day after receiving the internal notification from the insurance company; require the customer to provide relevant documents; and guide the customer to fill in the relevant claim documents. 3. Sign and review claim documents. The internal staff of the business department and each insurance branch company review the claim documents submitted by the customers. If the procedures are incomplete, they will explain to the customer the documents that need to be submitted and return them to the customer. If the documents are complete, they will be returned to the customer.
