The second round of voting was re-elected by the candidates who got the top two votes in the first round. If these two people withdraw from the election in the second round of voting, the other candidates will make up in the order of the first round of votes (and their votes should reach 5%). After the general election, the new president is sworn in at Ashley Palace, the official residence of the Presidential Palace, usually around 10 days.
