First, the recruitment principle
Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, competition, and merit-based, implement job recruitment, unified standardization, classified implementation, and comprehensive management, and adopt a combination of public examination and strict assessment to select the best candidates.
Second, the recruitment plan
It is planned to recruit 1 1 position, 16 people.

Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) law-abiding, with good conduct and professional ethics;
(three) with a college degree or above, and some township post qualifications are relaxed to technical secondary schools or above;
(4) age requirements.
At least 18 years old (born on or before February 1 day, 2005) and under 35 years old (born after February 1987); The age of medical and health technical (including labor dispatch) personnel employed by public medical and health institutions in Tahe County is relaxed to 40 years old and below (that is, born after 1 February 19821); The supernumerary medical staff employed by public medical institutions in Tahe County for epidemic prevention and control, professional technicians with medical-related professional practice (assistant or above) certificates, and medical and health technicians (including labor dispatch) have worked for 8 years or more, and their age can be relaxed to 45 years and below (that is, born after 1 February/9771day);

In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
(1) Persons who have been criminally punished and dismissed from public office for crimes, persons who have been disciplined or are undergoing disciplinary review before the expiration of the time limit, persons who have been criminally punished or are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;
(2) Public officials of state organs, enterprises and institutions who have been dismissed for less than five years;
(3) Persons who are found by the examination organization department to have serious violations of discipline and discipline in the process of recruitment of civil servants and open recruitment of public institutions, and are in the period when they are prohibited from entering the examination;
(4) college students;

Four. Recruitment procedure

2. Registration method

3. Qualification examination
Each person is limited to one post, and there is no test for the number of applicants.
Candidates must carefully check the qualifications required for the position, and the qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If it is found that candidates do not meet the requirements for registration in all aspects of recruitment, their examination or employment qualifications will be cancelled according to relevant regulations.
4. Payment standard
According to the Notice on Continuing to Charge Examination Fees for Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions (Heicaishui [2020] No.3), there is no charge for written examination and interview.
5. Policy bonus points
1. According to the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province on Comprehensively Implementing Several Measures to Further Protect and Care for Medical Personnel (Heizhengban Mingchuan [2020]13), the supernumerary medical personnel on the front line of epidemic prevention and control, when participating in the open recruitment of medical and health institutions and institutions at all levels within three years, have worked in their current units for three years and passed the examination, and have been recommended by their units and recognized by the health administrative department. The written test scores of units above township (town), county (city, district) and city (prefecture) shall be increased by 15, 10 and 5 respectively, and priority shall be given to employment under the same conditions.
2. Medical and health technicians employed by public medical and health institutions in Tahe County can enjoy the policy of 0.5 points per job 1 year.
The actual working years are calculated from the first month of the first year to the end of the year (for example, 2020 1 month -2020 1 February is a whole year, and the applicant is supported by the annual salary payment table of the employer1month and1February).

With a practicing assistant doctor certificate plus 3 points, practical nurse (medical) teacher certificate plus 3 points, and a practicing doctor certificate plus 6 points; Professional and technical positions with medical related professional qualifications, 3 points, intermediate professional and technical positions, 6 points, associate senior and above professional and technical positions, 9 points.
Those who meet the conditions of policy bonus points will only enjoy one bonus point, and may not enjoy repeated bonus points. Finally, the highest bonus points are included in the policy bonus points.
The identity and working hours of the employed personnel are defined by the certificate issued by the employing unit, and all personnel are determined based on the actual salary payment table.

This recruitment is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.
(1) written test.
The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner. 007 Non-medical post written test content is "Public Basic Knowledge+Material Composition", and other medical post written test content is "Medical Synthesis", with full mark 100 and passing line of 50 points (below the passing line, you are not qualified for interview).
Candidates' written test results will be published on the Tahe county government website for 3 working days.
(2) interview.
According to the written test results, according to the ratio of 1:3, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score.
If the number of people actually participating in the interview is less than 1:3, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people participating in the examination.
If many people have the same written test scores and enter the ratio of 1:3 at the same time, as an interviewer, the list of interviewers will be publicized for 3 working days.
The interview takes the form of structured interview, which mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis, language expression, organization and coordination, and problem-solving ability. The full score is 100.
Score on the spot, announce the results on the spot, and those with interview scores below 60 will not be hired.
Total score of non-medical candidates: total score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.
Total score of synthetic candidates for medical posts: total score = (written test score+policy bonus) ×60%+ interview score ×40%, and the total test score will be publicized on the website of Tahe county government for 3 working days.
Six, physical examination and inspection
According to the total score of the examination, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1.
When the total score of candidates is tied, the one with the highest written test score is preferred.
For physical examination, refer to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, and the participants shall go to the designated hospital (the physical examination hospital shall be determined separately).
The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidate himself.
After passing the physical examination, the employer will inspect the qualified personnel, including ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. Those who fail the inspection will not be hired.
If any part of this exam is vacant due to the voluntary abandonment of candidates or unqualified qualification examination, it will not be replenished.
Seven. Publicity and employment
Candidates who have passed the physical examination and investigation will be publicized before employment after unified examination and approval by the leading group for recruitment of urgently needed talents in medical and health institutions in Tahe County in 2023, and the publicity time will be 7 working days.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, with the consent of the leading group, the county people's social security bureau will handle the relevant procedures such as employment.
The recruiter signs an employment contract with the employer with a minimum service period of 5 years and a probation period of 12 months, which is included in the employment contract.
Formal employment after the probation period expires, and termination of employment after the probation period expires.
