1. After installing the Notes9.0 client, you need to configure the computer before using it. First, open the software and click Next, then enter the account name and server name. If you don't know, you can also enter the server IP address.

2.notes identification file is an id file created when opening an account. This is very important. Without it, the mailbox can't be opened. Click browse to find the id file.

3. This step is to copy the id file to the data directory (data folder) of the installer.

4. This step requires you to enter your email password.

5. Click Yes in the following two cross-validation word windows.

6. If you don't use sametime communication function, you can uncheck it and click Next.

7. You don't need to do anything next, you can complete the next step.

8. Finally, a security alarm will pop up. Click Start Trust or Trust Signature, and then confirm.

9. This step is more practical. Setting the workbench as the home page will make the use of e-mail more convenient. Click the application workspace in the list on the left, and then right-click to set the bookmark as the home page. When you open your email, your personal page will be displayed by default.
