Tripartite sales contracts involve the rights and interests of buyers and sellers and intermediaries. Although the intermediary has no seal in the contract, as long as the contract meets the statutory requirements, such as the principles of voluntariness, equality and fairness, and the contents of the contract are clear and legal, the contract still has legal effect.
However, the failure of the intermediary to stamp may lead to disputes. Therefore, in practice, in order to avoid possible disputes, it is suggested that all parties to the contract should ensure that all relevant parties have completed the necessary stamping procedures when signing the contract.
