The Organizing Committee has the right to confiscate and clean up exhibits that do not meet the scope of the exhibition, products without patents or business licenses, dangerous goods or other exhibits that cause anxiety. The booth shall not be transferred without authorization, otherwise the Organizing Committee has the right to invite exhibitors who transfer or accept the booth without authorization and their exhibits to leave the venue, and the exhibitors who transfer the booth without authorization shall bear all relevant losses that may occur from this. Disputes over intellectual property rights of on-site exhibits will be handled in accordance with relevant national policies, laws and regulations.
Step 2 apply for participation
You must abide by these rules when applying for participation.
The application must be submitted to the Organizing Committee after the exhibition contract is completed, signed and sealed.
3. Terms of payment
Exhibitors must pay 50% down payment within one week after signing the cooperation.
If all the exhibition fees are not paid before the deadline, the organizing Committee will not be able to ensure the arrangement of the exhibition.
4. Cancel the exhibition
20 14 exhibitors of Shanghai international adult exhibition are not allowed to withdraw from the exhibition after payment; If both the Organizing Committee and the exhibitor agree to cancel the booth, the exhibitor shall pay the corresponding liquidated damages based on the date when the Organizing Committee receives the written application from the exhibitor to cancel the booth before the exhibition officially begins:
The organizer has the right to cancel the contract if someone files a bankruptcy lawsuit against the exhibitor's assets. If this happens, the exhibitor shall inform the organizer immediately.
5. Insurance and obligations
20 14 exhibitors of Shanghai international adult exhibition shall be responsible for insuring the exhibits against possible transportation accidents, damage and theft during the exhibition period, and provide insurance for booth staff during the whole exhibition period. During the exhibition, exhibitors should bear all the damage caused to third parties, including the damage to the ground facilities, ground itself and equipment of the exhibition hall. The organizing Committee is not responsible for the loss of exhibitors' personnel or property.
6. Safety
A.20 14 If exhibitors of Shanghai International Adult Exhibition need to store valuables for the night, they need to insure themselves or hire someone to escort them, and all expenses shall be borne by the exhibitors. If you need help, you can contact the organizing Committee.
B. During the exhibition, no exhibits shall be taken out of the venue without special circumstances. When exhibitors leave the venue, they must show the security personnel the pass issued by the organizing Committee, and then they can leave with their exhibits after inspection.
C. In order to ensure the safety of exhibits, when the exhibition is closed every day, the booth staff must wait for the security guard to clear the field before leaving the booth.
D the exhibitor guarantees that he/she, other members of the company or his/her agents will not violate laws and regulations or harm the interests of third parties.
E the organizing Committee requires that the volume of all activities during the exhibition should not exceed 60 decibels. In order to ensure the implementation, the organizing Committee will collect a deposit of 5,000 yuan from exhibitors who hold activities in their own booths during the exhibition. If there is no violation, the deposit can only be refunded with a receipt after the exhibition.
7. Exemption clause
If the provisions of this contract are inconsistent with the contents of relevant national laws and regulations, the national provisions shall prevail.
If the exhibition is postponed, shortened or cancelled due to force majeure, such as war, national emergency, natural disasters, strikes, etc. Exhibitors shall not claim compensation from the organizing Committee for any losses they have suffered.
8. Dispute settlement clauses
The Organizing Committee and exhibitors shall conduct friendly consultations on disputes arising from this contract. If negotiation fails, you can apply to Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
9. Validity of the contract
This contract shall come into effect as of the date of signature and seal by both parties, and shall automatically become invalid after the exhibition.
10. Terms of authorization
The Organizing Committee authorized Beijing Zhongzhan Overseas Exhibition Co., Ltd. to be solely responsible for organizing exhibitions, signing relevant agreements and other related matters.
The organizing Committee has the right to interpret this contract.
