(III) Yellow Diamond Noble Service adheres to the following purposes: to provide all kinds of more perfect online and offline value-added services for users who become yellow diamond nobles. Second, Tencent solemnly declares that Tencent Yellow Diamond Noble Service will not affect all the existing free services of Tencent QQ and guarantee the service quality. 3. Procedures for Obtaining the Service of the Yellow Diamond Noble (I) Methods of Becoming a Yellow Diamond Noble 1. If the personal data of the user changes, the registered personal data should be revised in time, otherwise, the responsibility for the inability to fully and effectively exercise the power of the yellow diamond aristocrat will be borne by the yellow diamond aristocrat himself, and Tencent has the right to cancel his yellow diamond aristocratic qualification without any compensation or refund of the yellow diamond aristocratic fee. (3) Tencent Yellow Diamond Noble Service QQ Card obtained by Yellow Diamond Noble, with unique card number and S/N number printed on it. After the registration of Yellow Diamond Noble is successful, the system will automatically open the service of Yellow Diamond Noble, and the effective date will be counted from the time when the service is opened. You can log on to "MYQQ" for the specific date, and inquire on the "Check my number status" page. (4) 7 days before the expiration of the yellow diamond aristocratic qualification, the yellow diamond aristocratic renewal will be prompted by QQ system messages and other means; The yellow diamond nobles need to renew their fees to continue their yellow diamond aristocratic qualifications. After the expiration of the yellow diamond aristocratic service, Tencent will stop providing the yellow diamond aristocratic service, and users can still renew their fees within one month to restore the yellow diamond aristocratic qualification. After the expiration of the Yellow Diamond Noble for more than one month, the user can only re-register the Yellow Diamond Noble, but cannot renew the fee. (5) After becoming a yellow diamond aristocrat, the yellow diamond aristocrat has the right not to accept Tencent's service, and can apply for canceling the yellow diamond aristocratic service, but will not get the refund of the yellow diamond aristocratic fee. IV. Relevant Provisions on the Qualifications of the Yellow Diamond Aristocrats (1) During the validity period of the Yellow Diamond Aristocrats, the Yellow Diamond Aristocrats can give priority to the activities organized by Tencent and enjoy various preferential and value-added services provided by Tencent. (2) The yellow diamond aristocrat will not get the refund of the yellow diamond aristocratic fee if he cancels the yellow diamond aristocratic service or terminates the yellow diamond aristocratic qualification. (3) The service period of the yellow diamond nobles cannot be transferred between QQ numbers. (4) If the yellow diamond aristocrat continues to violate the Articles of Association, especially the provisions of Section 5 of the Yellow Diamond Aristocratic Code, or Tencent believes that the behavior of the yellow diamond aristocrat is detrimental to the reputation and interests of Tencent or others, Tencent has the right to cancel the yellow diamond aristocrat's qualification without any compensation. (5) The yellow diamond aristocrats who have been disqualified from the yellow diamond aristocracy can no longer participate in the activities organized by Tencent and can no longer enjoy the preferential and value-added services provided by Tencent, that is, they can no longer enjoy the rights of the yellow diamond aristocrats. (6) The yellow diamond nobles have the right not to participate in Tencent's activities. 5. Code for the nobility of yellow diamonds (1) Ensure the authenticity of the registration materials. When users apply for the yellow diamond noble service to fill in the registration information, users should ensure that the information filled in is true and effective. Tencent is not responsible for any problems caused by the untrue registration information and the consequences of the problems. (2) The yellow diamond nobles enjoy the rights of the yellow diamond nobles equally, and abide by the rules and regulations of the yellow diamond nobles' service. (3) Don't steal other users' QQ numbers to register or use the yellow diamond nobles. Once found, Tencent will confiscate the QQ numbers and cancel their yellow diamond nobles' qualifications without any compensation and refund of membership fees. (IV) Provisions on the Use of QQ Yellow Diamond Noble Service by Yellow Diamond Noble 1. QQ User Agreement must be observed. 2. You must abide by the rules for users of Tencent chat rooms and forums. If there is any violation, it will affect Tencent's reputation, and its corresponding rights will be suspended until its yellow diamond aristocratic qualification is cancelled. 3. Any yellow diamond aristocrat shall not use the appellation and signature file with the meaning of illegality, obscenity, insult or personal attack. Once found, it will be criticized immediately, and those who still do not modify it will be disqualified from the yellow diamond aristocrat immediately without any compensation or refund of membership fees. (5) The yellow diamond aristocrat shall not make any kind of commitment to the outside world in the name of Tencent without permission, and hold activities without permission from Tencent. In case of any harmful behavior that damages Tencent's reputation and commercial interests, Tencent has the right to disqualify the yellow diamond aristocrat and reserve the right to further investigate the legal responsibility of the behavior. VI. Amendment of Articles of Association (I) Tencent has the right to amend the Articles of Association as necessary. (2) Tencent Company's revision of the service regulations of the Yellow Diamond Noble will be published on the important page of Tencent's main station in the form of a notice, and once it is published, it will be regarded as informing the Yellow Diamond Noble. (3) If the Yellow Diamond Noble has any objection to the revision of the Articles of Association, he can automatically give up the yellow diamond aristocratic qualification, but the paid yellow diamond aristocratic fee will not be refunded. VII. Confidentiality Terms It is Tencent's responsibility to respect the personal privacy of the Yellow Diamond Noble. Tencent shall not disclose, edit or disclose its registered information and preserved non-public content without the authorization of the Yellow Diamond Noble. Except for reasons such as legal needs. 8. The security of the information of the yellow diamond nobles, QQ numbers and passwords shall be the responsibility of the yellow diamond nobles themselves. IX. Notice and Announcement Measures for the Yellow Diamond Noble Service The notice and announcement of the Yellow Diamond Noble Service will be released to the Yellow Diamond Noble in one or more of the following forms: 1. Amendments to the articles of association, service changes, or announcements of other important events will be made in this form. X. Statement of Liability (1) If any person or financial loss, damage or injury is suffered by the yellow diamond aristocrat who participates in the activities organized by Tencent or uses various preferential and value-added services provided by Tencent, Tencent is not responsible for it, regardless of the reason, and the yellow diamond aristocrat can directly claim the rights from the product and service provider. (2) The Yellow Diamond Noble shall be fully responsible for all behaviors, actions and illegal, illegal or negligent behaviors (whether intentional or not) of himself and his invited guests when they participate in activities organized by Tencent or use various preferential and value-added services provided by Tencent. (III) If the system failure of our company affects the normal operation of Huangzuan Noble Service, our company promises to cooperate with relevant units in the first time and deal with it in time for repair. However, the company and the cooperative company will not be responsible for the economic losses caused by the users. (4) Tencent Company is not responsible for the losses caused to the Yellow Diamond nobles by users due to communication line failures, communication technical problems, network and computer failures, system instability and various other force majeure reasons of third parties such as the telecommunications department, and will not give them any compensation. 11. Termination of Yellow Diamond Aristocratic Service (1) Due to irresistible reasons of Tencent, such as government actions and force majeure, the yellow diamond Aristocratic Service cannot be continued. Tencent will notify the yellow diamond Aristocratic as soon as possible, but will not bear any losses caused to the yellow diamond Aristocratic Service and will not refund the yellow diamond Aristocratic Fee. (2) Tencent has the right to cancel the yellow diamond aristocratic qualification if the yellow diamond aristocrat continues to violate this yellow diamond aristocratic service charter. The Yellow Diamond Noble or Tencent can interrupt one or more services of the Yellow Diamond Noble at any time according to the actual situation. If the yellow diamond nobles have any objection to the later revision of the terms, or are dissatisfied with Tencent's services, they can exercise the following rights: 1. Stop using the yellow diamond aristocratic services; 2. Inform Tencent to terminate its service to the yellow diamond aristocrat. After the end of the service of the Yellow Diamond Noble, the right of the Yellow Diamond Noble to use the service of the Yellow Diamond Noble will be terminated immediately, and Tencent has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or unfinished service to the Yellow Diamond Noble or a third party. XII. Relationship with Relevant Laws The Articles of Association shall follow the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and be consistent with the legal interpretation of the People's Republic of China. The Yellow Diamond Noble and Tencent agreed to submit to all the jurisdiction of the High Court. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the existing laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be reinterpreted in full accordance with the legal provisions, but the overall effectiveness of these terms of service will not be affected.
